Hi – I’m Becki, I’m a certified personal trainer who loves exploring the world by foot, bike and boat, and I’m thrilled that your path led you to Trailblazer Wellness!
Back in 2019 I quit my corporate job and combined my personal training expertise with my adventure travel passion.
Now I help aspiring adventurers build their strength, stamina and confidence so they can make the most of their adventure travels and their LIFE!
Whether it’s walking the Camino de Santiago, hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, summiting Kilimanjaro, a cycling tour of Croatia’s islands or whatever your dream trip is, I can customize a training plan that will fit with your goals.
I’ll also support you with motivation and accountability through coaching so you can have a life-changing adventure!
I’ve prepared dozens of clients (and myself!) for trips in more than 20 countries and counting. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of their pre-trip journey.

How does a virtual personal trainer work?
As a virtual personal trainer, I create a customized training program based on your current fitness level and your goals. We meet virtually by video to review your plan, check on your progress and make adjustments. We also collaborate to overcome any challenges you’re facing and celebrate your successes!
Why should I use online personal training instead of an in-person trainer?
Online personal training gives you broader access to certified personal trainers who specialize in the activities you want to do.
As a certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) and Adventure Coach, I specialize in preparing people for adventure trips, including multi-day hiking trips (such as hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, walking the Camino de Santiago, climbing Kilimanjaro) and multi-day cycling tours (such as a Croatia Islands Tour, cycling in Italy). I also have experience with multi-sport adventures that include hiking, cycling and paddling.
There’s lots of free online personal training advice - why should I pay for it?
Yep, there’s lots of information out there – it can be conflicting and confusing, and it may not be backed by proof. You can spend hours trying to sort it all out, and then figuring out how you’re going to actually do it is a whole other exercise (literally and figuratively).
As a coach, I help you by creating a customized training plan based on where you are and where you’re going that will work best for you – which means you’re far more likely to enjoy it AND stick with it!
